"Adam Lambert has great ideas"

Quote :: Glee creator Ryan Murphy has revealed that Adam Lambert has been bringing some "great ideas" to the TV series.

The 'Trespassing' star is due to feature in the show's fifth season and recording with the vocal powerhouse has begun.

Speaking in a Twitter Q&A with fans, Glee mainman Ryan Murphy praised Lambert and the inspiration he brings to the table. When asked if it has been fun working with the the singer, the TV hitmaker said:

"Adam is really cool and has great ideas. I love him."

Murphy meanwhile responded to the affirmative when he was asked if the 'Better Than I Know Myself' man and Chris Colfer would duet on the show.

Adam Lambert's 'Glee' Debut

Quote :: Adam Lambert will make his debut appearance in episode four - 'A Katy or a Gaga' - of season five of 'Glee'.

His addition to the show comes after the late Cory Monteith will be honoured in 'The Quarterback', around a month after that episode airs.

Lambert will be performing 'Marry The Night' solo and taking part in a group number - smash hit 'Roar'.

Details about his role are still hazy, which makes it all the more important to tune in when he does eventually appear!

For now, though, grab a box of tissues and prepare to say goodbye to one of the most-loved characters in television history - Finn Hudson.

'The Quarterback' will air on Sky 1 at 8pm on Friday October 18.
