According to USA today Adam Lambert was the only American Idol to see his single sales increase. He has sold 659,000 copies of his hit single "If I Had You" and over the holiday season so far the sales for that single have risen 22%. Is Adam Lambert on his way to becoming the greatest American Idol?
Of course it is too soon to tell if Adam Lambert will eventually become the most successful American Idol of all time but he is well on his way and it sure is fun to talk about the possibility.

Adam Lambert received his first GRAMMY nomination Wednesday night for "Best Male Pop Vocal Performance" of the song "Whataya Want From Me" off his debut album For Your Entertainment. The album was released Last November, and in the spirit of the passage "all that glitters is gold," has sold over 700,000 copies to date in the U.S. The well-crafted pop lament "Whataya Want From Me" was the second single from the CD and reached platinum status, selling over a million copies by April of 2010.

find it kind of funny and I find it kind of strange that Kris Allen got more Grammy submissions than Adam Lambert. Record labels submit considerations in a variety of categories and Jive Records submitted Kris Allen to 7 categories with a total of 9 submissions. They are as follows.
