Mikael Wood of The L.A.Times wrote:
It is perhaps the greatest compliment to Freddie Mercury that so much about Queen’s current live show feels like old news.
The veteran British rock band -- or half of it, anyway -- appeared Thursday night at the Forum with Adam Lambert, the former “American Idol” contestant, more or less playing the role of Mercury, who died in 1991. There was no opening act -- just two hours of solid Queen songs beginning with “Now I’m Here.” Lambert took the tune on, as he did all that followed, with vocal prowess, channeling just a tad of Mercury while still making each song very much his own.........contine reading

There was certainly a lot of expectation and wonder how Lambert would size up as the new frontman going into the show, but any doubts of his inclusion on the tour quickly faded the minute he stepped out on stage and ripped into the Queen classic “Now I’m Here.”
Lambert and Queen delivered a spectacular show that brought the iconic rock band’s timeless favorites into the modern era. Here are five highlights of the show that stuck out the most for us............read more on KEarth101
