He’s hot stuff, and they are too! American Idol runner-up and chart-topping rocker Adam Lambert took a trip back to the ‘70s on January 3 at off-Broadway’s hilariously quirky musical Disaster!. Also on hand for the disco inferno were former Xanadu tour co-stars Max von Essen and Elizabeth Stanley and Tony nominee Brad Oscar. After the performance, Lambert and the other guests headed backstage at St Luke's Theatre to congratulate the "sky high" cast of Seth Rudetsky and Jack Plotnick’s musical parody. Follow the stars for a fabulous evening at Disaster!

Adam Lambert
A May 2010 posting in which we pointed out that tickets for Selena Gomez’s show at Musikfest were selling out faster than those for Lambert -- the item’s title was “Adam Lambert is no Selena Gomez” -- drew 159 comments, most in adamant support of Lambert. Both shows ended up selling out at Musikfest that year
Just three weeks ago, 3 1/2 years after the item ran, a Lambert fan posted an “update” comment to let us know “Adam Lambert has done fantastic” in his career........taken from Leigh Valley High
Adam Lambert Shares New Videos With Fans
Quote :
Glamberts got their Christmas wishes and New Year’s Day dreams delivered to them this past week.
Their high-octane idol Adam Lambert decided to share brand new videos with all his devoted music fans.
First, Adam treated his glam groupies to a live video of his in-concert performance of the Avicii collab, “Lay Me Down.”
The Nile Rodgers tune —which was featured on Avicii’s 2013 album “True” — was sung live for the first time by Adam and his band in Biloxi, Mississippi, on the 29th of December.
After sharing the video link, Adam tweeted to his fanbase: “Debuted a live version last night of my @Avicii and @nilerodgers collaboration: Lay Me Down.”
But Adam wasn’t ready to stop rockin’ there.
Because he next delivered to all his devotees the live video for his cover of a high-powered Jimi Hendrix blues song, “Red House.”
Adam performed the Hendrix track at the WinStar World Casino in Oklahoma on New Year’s Eve. He then posted the video to pay homage to Hendrix and tweeted: “Cover of RED HOUSE by Hendrix from last night’s NYE concert!”
“Red House” by the Jimi Hendrix Experience was a track from the 1967 classic rock LP, “Are You Experienced?”
In the meantime, Adam’s continue to prep songs for his new album, which he vows will see the light of day in 2014. And more vocal pyro with rockers Queen are rumored to be in the works for the busy Mr. Lambert.
