Adam Lambert confirms he co-wrote new Avicii song

Adam Lambert has revealed that he co-wrote an upcoming Avicii track.
As previously reported, the Swedish DJ and producer recently announced that one of the songs due to feature on new record '#True' includes cameos by Lambert and Nile Rodgers.
The 'Better Than I Know Myself' star has now confirmed on Twitter that he actually co-wrote the song, stating:
"Has everyone pre-ordered the upcoming @Avicii album #TRUE ? I co-wrote and sang "Lay Me Down"! Excited for you all to hear it!"
Lambert and Chic guitarist Rodgers meanwhile previously teamed up on the singer's last album 'Trespassing'.

It had previously been claimed that former show stars such as Adam Lambert, Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood were all being approached to join the panel but apparently, the idea of an all-alumni panel looked less and less appealing when Kelly turned down the chance to take part.
