Adam Lambert on New Album, Trespassing: '
Every Song Explores Something Real'

Adam Lambert's sophomore album has been pushed back a few times, but now Trespassing is scheduled to be released in Spring 2012. Lambert met up with Rolling Stone magazine to talk about his new record, Trespassing. He even mentioned his boyfriend Sauli Koskinen.
On Trespassing: "There's party music, sex music, f*cked-up-relationship S&M music. But every song explores something real."
On Outlaws of Love, a song about gay marriage: "I'd never considered marriage before, but now that I am, I can't do it."
I think that I can safely state that Adam Lambert is a fan of black.
Adam has some serious fashion sense. From his ever evolving haircut to the black clothing, Adam always hits the red carpet in style.
As a kid in high school, Adam had to curb his riskier fashion tendencies. “I never wore full-on eyeliner in high school, but I wanted to,” he says. “I wanted to wear nail polish so bad, but I was afraid to. I was afraid to express myself for a while. I didn’t feel attractive in high school. I had self-esteem issues into my early 20s. I was a little overweight, I had skin problems. As I learned to feel attractive from the inside out, my self-worth got better.”
What inspired Adam’s fashion sense? “I was drawn to the costumes, lighting, singing, acting, playing dress-up,” he says. “I had a lot of precocious energy. I wouldn’t be the performer I am if I hadn’t done theater.”
