We have written quite a bit lately about Adam Lambert’s upcoming sophomore release, and as we get closer to an upcoming single being released, we are likely going to boil over with excitement.
Recording can be a long process, and Adam announced on his Twitter over the weekend that he is now working on one of the most important phases of the process:

RCA RecordsThe new issue of Entertainment Weekly says that Adam Lambert's eagerly-awaited second album is due out in November, and a release date of November 4 has been floated around the web. But while chatting with fans on Twitter, Adam said that particular date is "just a rumor," and stated, "Release date is not yet set... It has to be perfect for all of you, so I'm taking my time." Adam said that his new album "sounds amaaaazing," adding, "I promise it's worth the wait!"
Adam also revealed that he hopes to have a new single out in "8 weeks," and that the album, when it's finished, will feature "12 songs, and a deluxe version with more." As for what the album's themes might be, Adam said that the songs "deal with the highs and the lows and the ins and the outs of my real life," explaining, "The album will let you all in further than ever....Real life.
Adam Lambert Says He's Happy To Use His Celebrity For Good Causes

Singer Adam Lambert says he's lucky to be able to use his celebrity for good causes. The 29-year-old Lambert was honored earlier this month by Equality California (EQCA), the state's largest gay rights group, at its annual Equality Awards fundraiser in Beverly Hills, California.
Singer Sam Sparro presented Lambert with the group's Equality Idol Award.
In a recently uploaded YouTube clip, Lambert talks on the red carpet about using his celebrity for good causes.
“Shortly after American Idol, as things progressed with my career, I became very aware of the importance of being really involved and using my celebrity for a good cause. Started working with The Trevor Project a lot and other charities,”
