(NEW YORK – NY) – AMERICAN IDOL Season 8 runner-up, global superstar and Grammy nominee, Adam Lambert will be returning to the AMERICAN IDOL stage on Thursday, March 10th to perform an acoustic version of “Aftermath”. AMERICAN IDOL airs on FOX from 8:00-9:00pm live ET/tape-delayed PT.
Immediately following Lambert’s performance on AMERICAN IDOL, a remix of “Aftermath” (remixed by Billboard) will be made available on AdamOfficial.com with part of the proceeds going to support The Trevor Project.
Says Lambert, “Billboard turns the song into a fresh new dance pop anthem to blast on the radio and in the clubs!”

“Aftermath” was featured on Lambert’s debut album For Your Entertainment (19 Recordings / RCA Records), Acoustic Live! EP and is also on his Glam Nation Live CD/DVD (19 Records / RCA Records) which is coming out on March 22nd. Glam Nation Live was shot in Indianapolis, Indiana at Clowes Hall on August 31st, 2010 and directed by Doug Spangenberg.

Adam Lambert will return once again to the American Idol stage to perform the song "Aftermath" from his debut CD For Your Entertainment. Lambert tweeted the news to his 900,000+ fans Thursday night saying, "Hey, guess what?! I will be performing Aftermath on American Idol on Thursday, March 10th!"
