There's not very much information to come by at the moment when it comes to the much-discussed new version of Adam Lambert's "Aftermath" that debuted at the singer's birthday party over the weekend. Even with that, though, we still have to stick to what we can say for sure is true and what we know is not going to happen.

The superstar singer Adam Lambert, the former American Idol finalist, has won an award from MTV at the 2010 MTV Video Play Awards. The awards were launched back in 2007, and by looking at the winners, it is evident, that a wide array of talent, from varying genres has been represented in the awards for 2010. According to a report, the most played video of 2010 on MTV was Rihanna's hit video/single, "Rude Boy." Several of Lady GaGa's hits, as well as Katy Perry and others are represented with Platinum award status.

“American Idol” debuted in 2002 and introduced the world to not only Kelly Clarkson (and thank you for that!), but what would become one of the biggest international phenomenon pop culture had ever seen. Now in its 10th season, they’re celebrating it by releasing a compilation of “Idol” hits.
“American Idol 10th Anniversary – The Hits” features the biggest hits from “Idol” winners and alumni who went on to have ultra successful recording careers, including Adam Lambert, Daughtry, and Clay Aiken.
The album features Clarkson’s #1 hit “Since U Been Gone,” plus the top 10 hits “No Air” by Jordin Sparks with Chris Brown, “Home” by Daughtry, “Whataya Want From Me” by Adam Lambert, and “Before He Cheats” by Carrie Underwood.
