- German interviewers are missing the mark with their line of questioning for glam rock god Adam Lambert.
In an effort to offset a series of repeated and reduntant questions -- and prevent other journalists from following in their footsteps -- Lambert has used his Twitter account to speak out against reporters who ask the wrong questions, or simply haven't done enough research.
"Just did my third German interview where I was told that I have said "I'm the male Lady Gaga". Lol I would never say that. I'm Adam Lambert," he Tweeted.
"The first question too many reporters ask has to do w GaGa. As much as I love her - it's becoming tiresome. Would prefer to discuss MY art. Of course I'm a fan and have the highest respect for her and there some theatrical sensibilities that we share - but we are different people."
Lambert, who shot to fame after being crowned last year's American Idol runner-up, is currently making his way across the globe on an incredibly successful promo tour.
Over the last six months, Lambert's garnered a reputation for being a bold and daring musician who's not afraid to speak his mind. While both Lambert and Gaga are dynamic, forward-thinking performers with massive global fan bases, their craft and artistry is very different.
According to Lambert, the crazy questions didn't end there: "More redundant questions that can be put to rest: Yes it was amazing meeting Madonna. No I wasn't asked to be Queen's new frontman.  Aaaaand yes, I kissed Kesha. It was fun.
"I hope future interviewers review these tweets. If not, they're twats. Hahah."
