Adam Lambert took to Twitter to dish details on his forthcoming new album, and took the opportunity to share some gorgeous new photos with fans on Instagram
Lambert has been cooking up the new tunes in Sweden with producer Max Martin and a team of songwriters, including U.K. singer-songwriter Joe Janiak, who recently co-wrote Ellie Goulding’s Divergent soundtrack single, “Beating Heart,” and songwriter Tove-Lo, according to Billboard.
“Genre is irrelevant,” wrote the always-coy American Idol alum. “What I can say about the album is that it is a completely post-modern affair. Very sonically diverse and very honest.”
Lambert also addressed an annoyance of his -- fans that write it’s "so sad he’s gay.” Lambert said such statements are “indirectly offensive.#realtalk"“Why? Cuz if I was STR8, then we could date? Sad? I love bein gay #oxymorons.”........read more

Glee, especially in McKinley, is very surreal. Everything is bright colors and sharp contrast. You can almost see the black lines around the characters. Who really are two dimensional caricatures, extreme versions of various types. It’s typical of musicals and part of the fun.
Even the New York setting is a little much. They live in a huge loft, they are in their dream schools or getting their dream jobs – or both. They have great clothes and hair and, despite being underage, have no problems getting drinks, and very little money problems unless that episode’s plot calls for it. - The Queen + Adam Lambert tour continues to meet high ticket demand with the addition of new dates in South Korea and Japan, the band announced.
For the first time ever, Queen will perform for its South Korean fans at the urban music festival, Super Sonic 2014, held at Olympic Park in the heart of Seoul August 14 and 15. The group will also headline Japan's Summer Sonic 2014 August 16 and 17 at QVC Marine Field & Makuhari Messe.
In a statement on the band's website, Queen drummer Roger Taylor says "I first visited Seoul on a promotional trip in the early 80’s and was so impressed by the architecture and culture. His runner up that year did a bit better for himself and is non other than Adam Lambert who has sold over 12 million copies of his album and his 1st album went platinum and his second debuted at No. 1.
